Shipping Policy

STANDARD Domestic shipping is free.

International Shipping charges are Rs. 2,000/-

  • All orders from B A Ƨ I C Ƨ collection will be dispatched on next working day. 

  • All orders from ROTATION collection are made to order, production time may range from 2-14 days.  You can reach out to us incase of any questions or concerns. 

  • Custom orders will be notified of shipping timeline before order is accepted and no cash on delivery will be available. 

  • Cash On Delivery orders will only be dispatched after customer confirmation call. 

Our website does not offer an international shipping option at the moment, if you do wish to place an order from outside of India please contact us via email or Instagram. Please note for all international shipping extra charges will apply (which you will be made aware of prior to confirming order). If customs and duty fees apply, the customer is responsible to pay the dues when contacted by appropriate authorities. 

At checkout we only offer Standard shipping which may take anywhere from 2-14 days depending on delivery location.

Please note due to COVID restrictions you may experience shipping delays, we will try our best to ship out orders in time and help track them but unfortunately once it leaves our space we can not do much about it. 

Returns and Refunds

For pieces with defect on notice of defect please share images with us. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase.


To be eligible for a refund/exchange due to sizing or fit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have all tags intact.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at allnessetc@gmail.com.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Return Shipping

To return your product, contact us via our email. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs. 7,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation with refund is only possible within 24 hours of order placement.
